How long does each illustration take?
Most guest portraits are completed in approximately 5–10 minutes, depending on the level of detail and customization selected.
How many guests can be illustrated during an event?
The number varies based on event length and portrait style. Most weddings and private events accommodate approximately 30–80 guests. Custom collections can be tailored for larger celebrations.
Do guests need to sit and pose?
No. A quick reference photo is typically all that's needed, allowing guests to return immediately to enjoying the event while their portrait is completed.
What style are the illustrations?

What events do you attend?
I provide live illustration experiences for weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, corporate events, luxury brand activations, charity galas, holiday parties, and other special celebrations.
Do you travel?
Yes. BlackCatMade Studio serves Naples, Fort Myers, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, and destinations throughout Florida. Travel beyond Southwest Florida may be available upon request (Travel fees may apply).
What is included in the setup?
A beautifully curated illustration station, professional signage, art supplies, and all materials needed to create guest portraits are included. The setup is designed to complement elegant weddings and upscale events.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples and event hosts reserve their date several months in advance, especially during peak wedding season. Early booking is recommended to ensure availability.
How do we reserve our date?
A signed agreement and reservation retainer are required to secure your event date. Dates are not held without a completed booking.
Can the illustrations be customized?
Yes. Custom options may include event branding, venue details, wedding florals, color palettes, monograms, or other personalized touches that reflect your celebration.
What happens if an illustration isn't completed during the event?
Any remaining portraits can be completed after the event and delivered to the host according to the terms of the selected collection.
